1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our programs, using our website, or interacting with our tutors, you confirm that you:

• Are a parent/guardian (if the student is under 18).
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Acknowledge that violating these Terms may result in service termination.

2. Services Provided

Brain Boosters Academy offers:

• Personalized English & Geography tutoring (ages 5-18). Unless discussed and decided otherwise.
• Online learning resources (videos, worksheets, quizzes).
• Progress tracking & feedback.

3. Enrollment & Payments

A. Registration

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate student information.
• Accounts are non-transferable.

B. Fees & Refunds

• Fees are due before sessions begin (unless a payment plan is agreed upon).
• Refund Policy:
  • Cancellation > 24 hours before a session: Full refund.
  • Cancellation < 24 hours: No refund.
  • Subscription plans: Prorated refunds for unused sessions.

C. Payment Methods

• We accept credit/debit cards (Stripe), PayPal, and bank transfers.
• Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension.

4. Code of Conduct

Students & Parents Must:

• Treat tutors and staff with respect.
• Avoid disruptive behavior during sessions.
• Not share login credentials or session links.

Prohibited Actions:

• Bullying, cheating, or plagiarism.
• Recording sessions without consent.
• Misusing learning materials (e.g., redistribution for profit).

5. Intellectual Property

• All lesson plans, worksheets, and videos are owned by Brain Boosters Academy.
• Students/parents may use materials for personal study only.
• Unauthorized sharing, selling, or modifying content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brain Boosters Academy is not liable for:

• Technical issues (e.g., internet outages).
• Student performance/grades.
• Third-party websites linked from our platform.

7. Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

• Non-payment.
• Violating these Terms.
• Inappropriate conduct.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Step 1: Email us at support@brainboostersacademy.com to resolve issues.
• Step 2: If unresolved, disputes will be settled via mediation in South Africa, Pretoria, Gauteng.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use = acceptance.
